Steambot Robot Cinema 4D Maya Vray

I've recently been studying Maya and Substance Painter, this is my first project using both. Coming from C4D, Maya can be a little tricky to adjust to, though I love having the latest version of V-Ray (3.4). Like anything--if you spend enough time with it, it becomes quite "learnable."

Substance Painter is a total blast, easy to use, great results. Works seamlessly with Maya and Vray. Love it. The above robot is my first test with Painter. It's not perfect--a bit heavy with the grime residue--but overall I'll take it....

Cleaned up with Photoshop....
